Church, its parent RiverLife Ministries, and all of its affiliates and
subsidiaries, meaning companies related by common ownership or control
(collectively, “RiverLife Church,” “we,” ”us,” “our”) respect your (the “user,”
“you” or “your”) right to privacy and strive to maintain the confidentiality of
your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes in greater detail our
privacy practices for collecting and maintaining certain information collected
about you.
You agree that by accessing the Site
in any way, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of this
Privacy Policy.
We
may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will
notify you by revising the date at the top of the page. We require you to read

1. Application of this Privacy Statement

Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to our website riverlifeworship.com, other websites, applications, social media
accounts, advertisements and notices, and all of our services, media forms and/or
channels (collectively, the “Site”). RiverLife Church is the responsible entity
for all Personally Identifiable Information subject to this Privacy Policy for
any services to users anywhere in the world.

We may collect some limited
information about users and visitors from time to time from either through the
following channels:
- We use tracking software to see where our users and visitors are reaching out to us from. This information is never shared outside of RiverLife Church.
- We collect basic information about our users and visitors using a simple contract form, including name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. This information is never shared outside of RiverLife Church.
- Our users may post content (“Visitor Content”) on our social media pages such as Facebook and other social media accounts. Such information remains the intellectual property of the user but RiverLife Church is granted a lifetime, worldwide, irrevocable license to user the Visitor Content on the Site and for marketing and analytics purposes.
- We maintain a helpdesk function for addressing any questions, comments or concerns about the Site. We may access users’ e-mail address and any other information they elect to provide as part of responding to such inquiries. This information is only utilized for support, is stored only for recordkeeping and analytics purposes, and is not otherwise shared.
- We may from time to time collect automatically-collected information when you access our services (“Usage Data”), such as browser information, link interaction with our products, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and any other usage information collected from cookies and other tracking tools. integrate or otherwise utilize API for social media through the Site, but all
users will be provided the opportunity to “opt in” or “opt out” of this

remind you about something related to the Site or to inform you of other great
services we have in the works through “push notifications” or similar means. If
you do not wish to receive notifications, you will be provided an “opt-out”
